The scenario goes like this: My Wife & Son Passport Details: Surname: ABCXYZ My Passport Details: Given Name: ABC XYZ Rest all the details, are same (Address). Hence, would like to know, if this will be an issue, as we cannot do any amendments to her passport, as she has been shortlisted under H1B Visa and the passport number is already listed in the LCA & I797.
