Prabu_s Posted June 4 Report Share Posted June 4 I am planning to send my kid who is less than 14 years to India while both the parents will be in US. We dont have valid visa but approved I797. Can the kid go for dropbox(someone can submit the documents in VAC?) or does he needs to attend the interview as well? Do any of the parents presence required for inteview? Note - While booking the visa appointment, I gave 'No' for the question whether parents have valid visa, and it allowed to continue book the appointment. Quote Link to comment
