Tinku08 Posted June 3 Report Share Posted June 3 Hi, I recently requested for I140 documents through FOIA that was filed by my previous employer and received documents few days ago. The I140 document that I received has denied stamp on it, I am not sure why, because my I140 was actually approved in October 2022 and I changed from old to my new employer after 180 days of I140 approval. My online case status has not changed, it still shows my I140 petition as approved. Could anyone please let me know the reasons for why the FOIA document has denied stamp on it ? Thank you!!
