Following my recent layoff, we plan to apply for B2 visas for the family and then switch back to H visas once I secure a new job. My wife has a pending EAD application. Can she use the same pending EAD application to resume work after obtaining her H4 visa, or will we need to file a new EAD application? Quote Link to comment
