H1b Automatic Revalidation for exipred stamping with valid i797

Hi, I am on H1B visa. My H1B visa stamping in passport has expired 05/Nov/2023. But my i797 and i94 is valid Admit Until Date : 01/19/2025. I have an emergency to visit my mom for a week in Vancouver, Canada. Am I eligible for automatic revalidation and come back to USA without any issues?

I see only the below points are mentioned in site which has not mentioned anything about H1B.

• Nonimmigrants who departed the United States for brief travel to Canada, Mexico, or an adjacent island (for F and J nonimmigrants) for thirty days or less;
• Nonimmigrants with a valid (unexpired) admission stamp or paper Form I-94, Arrival/Departure Record, endorsed by DHS.

Please suggest.

Yes you are eligible to use AVR if your trip is less than 30 days and you do not apply for a visa while in Canada.
