Current Status:

  • Have approved I-797 with employer A
  • Attending visa Interview next month with approved H1b notice(valid till Aug 2025) from employer A
  • H1b transfer with employer B is in progress.

Question: I am seeking your advice on the impact it might have on the scheduled visa interview with employer A and how will it affect my pending H1b transfer with employer B?
