Second PERM with same employer after denial

My employer filed my PERM in EB2 on 3/6/2023 and it got denied on 5/5/2024. The same employer filed the second PERM in EB3 on 5/8/2024 for a different job opportunity. Will the second PERM comes under tier seven targeted audit supervised recruitment?
