Requesting help Posted May 8 Report Share Posted May 8 (edited) What happens to me if my employer not filed amendment regarding my job ending with client 4-5 months back. Ran payroll only 2 times in these 4. He is about to run 3rd payroll. Meanwhile visa officers visited (FDNS) the previous client location. What are the consequences? What I have to do now? Attorney_20 Posted May 8 Report Share Posted May 8 It sounds like there are other things going on and you should speak with an immigration attorney immediately. But generally if you are not working at the location in the LCA you will be out of status. If USCIS discovers you are out of status your petition may be revoked and you will be unlawfully present in the U.S. Quote Link to comment
