Pavz Posted April 4 Report Share Posted April 4 Guys! What do you suggest I Do? - I left US in May 2023 because my H1B max out and when my perm was being processed. I came back to US using b2 in November and got my i140 approved. Currently I’m still in b2 in US and my lawyer is going to file for COS H1B… but I’m worried if I’ll have any RFE . should I go to India and apply H1B extension or stay here and file for cos H1B ?
