VeeVe001 Posted January 30 Report Share Posted January 30 Hi I have a concern about my situation. I am currently on H1b visa. I do qualify for domestic visa renewal whose pilot program just launched. I was able to book a drop off slot on Feb 9th . But my only concern is that i got arrested for disorderly conduct last October. I am in probation until may atleast. With this thing in my record, do you suggest getting the visa renewal through domestic drop off. Also in DS 160 should I mention if i got arrested for the question related to it. Is there a scope of in person interview domestically? What do you think worst case scenario? Thanks Quote Link to comment
