Anonymous0607
overview: My employer has applied for an extension on 05/03 in premium processing but uscis has sent back the petition asking for the correct check. My employer has sent back the petition with the correct checks with the letter that uscis has sent on 05/17 ( with the request start date with the actual date as 05/10) got the approval on 05/29. Concern: There is a typographical error on the approval notice stating the start date as 09/10/21 instead of the actual start date requested which is 05/10. My previous i-94 has expired on 05/28/21 and with the new approval notice shows the valid date as from 09/10. The employer has raised a service request to uscis for the correction as soon as approval notice has been received but no update yet. Will I be considered as overstay when I go back to stamping and is this something really concerning as my current I-94 has been expired? Edited June 7, 2021 by Anonymous0607 Quote Link to comment
LeaveMessageH1B
Do not make conclusions based on what you have requested ,go by the latest approval document sent by USCIS. In the absence of SR response 9/10 stays current and most importantly "valid start date from 9/10/21" Quote Link to comment
