Sagar1 Posted March 16, 2017 Report Share Posted March 16, 2017 My Stem OPT got denied due to accreditation problem of ACICS as DOE is not considering it as an accreditation agency no longer after December 12th. My DSO recommended my stem opt dated December 12th on which my University is still accredited, but my I765 application reached USCIS on January 3rd. Few of my friends who applied after my date and DSO recommended stem opt dated after December 12th cases has also got approved by USCIS. In such case if I reopen my case and file a motion, what are the chances of getting my case reconsidered and getting approved by USCIS. Link to comment
JoeF Posted March 16, 2017 Report Share Posted March 16, 2017 You can forget about that. The university has to be accredited when you apply, and it isn't anymore. Your friends cases were approved in error, and eventually, USCIS will revoke that. Link to comment
