K2016 Posted January 24, 2017 Report Share Posted January 24, 2017 Scenario H1B approved beyond 6 Years using Certified PERM (1 Year beyond 6 Years) I am currently in US ~ 5 years 6 months Can i apply H4-EAD under 8 CFR 274a.12(c)(26) using H1B Approval notice. Link to comment
