H1B Renewal --h4/h4EAD

Hi

 

Need help on this situation.I have my i140 approved and received H4EAD(spouse) and its about to expire in 3 months.I'm planning to change my employer and need to know if I can have my NEW employer to apply renewal for all 3 (H1B/H4/H4EAD) at once and do i need a i140 copy from my old employer to do this and also does the NEW employer had to file for labor first and then only he/myslef can apply for  H4/H4EAD extension.

 

As per NEW rule about to apply I heard that i140 cannot be revoked.I have a copy from USCIS my labor/i140 notices.

 

Ple help in this situation as I have a tight deadline.
