arjun.s Posted December 7, 2016 Report Share Posted December 7, 2016 Hello, I have applied filed for H4 and EAD in Sept 2016 based on my spouse i-140 approval, when my H1 file was in pending status since dec 2015. My H4 and EAD got approved on Nov 2nd and then my H1 also got approved on Nov 22. So now my recent approval was H1 , I am on H1 status but if i file for new H4 again can I then continue working on EAD once my new H4 is approved? Will I my new H4 be linked to my EAD ?
