H4-EAD Validity

My wife is on H1-B (Valid till Aug 2019) and I-140 approved in Oct 2015 through a company A. I got H4-EAD based on my wife's I-140 approval. The client (Company B) where my wife is working offered full time position and we want to clarify the following things.

(1)  If my wife transfers H1 to Company B and Company A does't revoke her I-140, is my h4-EAD valid and can I work?

(2) If Company A revoke her I-140, still my EAD valid?

(3) If Company A give approved I-140, can Company B use that to extend H1 for 3 years?

Please give us suggestions/answers as soon as possible to decide.
