sunpill Posted September 7, 2016 Report Share Posted September 7, 2016 I am in US on L2 visa and have applied for EAD in May 2016. Also, I have filed for H1B as well this year(April 2016). My query is : Since there are 2 applications filed on different visa types, how does this get processed. Do I need to withdraw my L2 EAD? Incase L2 EAD is processed earlier, what would be the process for converting L2 to H1B. Will I need to go out of US for interview/ stamping etc. Pl advice. Link to comment
