H4-EAD- unemployment benefits

Hi,

 I have i-140 approved from Company A. I  applied   H4- EAD last year based on husband's H1B status.

 

I started the job in December 2015 and my project terminated this month. I am planning to apply for unemployment benefits.

 

Question:

 

-        Is any impact on my H1B or GC  if I apply for unemployment benefits?

   -  Is any impact on my husband's H1B or GC  if I apply for unemployment benefits?

unemployment benefits- from Government.

For unemployment benefits, the person has to be willing and able to take any job. That seems to be possible with an EAD, so I think you would be eligible.
