americandesimd
Hello friends I am in the third year of h1b. Just for my info I wanted to know if I can apply for h4 ead using my approved labor? Or do I need approved I-140? I just received my approved I-140 receipt number. Is receipt number as proof (email print out) enough for applying h4 ead? Or do I need to wait for my actual I140 document? I would be receiving my approved 140 docs in another 2 weeks from USCIS Thanks Link to comment
rahul412
You need I140 approval, not the receipt. Link to comment
americandesimd
You need I140 approval, not the receipt. I have i 140 approval. But to prove evidence of h4 status can I show the extension receipt notice of I 539? Or an approved I 539 is required. My wifes I 94 is expiring this August Thanks Link to comment
