    Hi My H1 Transfer petition send in premium processing on sep 28th , FedEx Tracking showing delivered on 29th Sep. It has been 7 days Still did not receive the Receipt no , my attorney saying he did get the email receipt or fax. Do this happened to anyone. my I94 expiring on Oct 13th

    Once you stay out side US for 1 year or more, your clock will reset again for 6 years. I think you should be good for next 3 year
