H1B Visa Approved on Nov 14th Toronto

I got my visa approved on Nov 14th Toronto. It went for 15 min. Thanks to murthy forum.

Be confident. Iam in EVC model.

1. Vo: Good Morning Sir

me : Good Morning.

2. VO: What purpose you came here?

me: I came for my H1B stamping.

3. VO: Which company do you work for ?

me: xxxxxxxxxx

4. VO: How long have you been working?

me: xxxxxxx

5. VO: Can i see your paystubs,W2?

me: showed last year W2,recent 3 paystubs.

6. V0. Can i see you LCA?

me: Showed the LCA (looked for some time)

7. VO: Do you work for your company or do you have end client?

me: I work for endclient and told the company name. he didn't ask anything.

8. VO: How can you prove that your will fit for specality occupation?

me: about my education,responsibilities (listening and typing)

9. VO:What is your highest education?

me: masters in computers science

10. VO: Is this your first H1B?

me: Yes

11.VO: When did your company filed H1B for you?

me: year and month

12. VO:what is current salary per annum?

me: told him ( he was typing all the information)

13. VO: When did you complete your masters?

me: year and month

14. VO: How much time are you in OPT?

me: Explained.

15. VO: Which place are you from in India?

me: xxxxxxxxxxxxxx

16. VO: Is it near to chennai?

me: yes

17. Did you got your F1 Stamping in Chennai?

me: Yes

No.I don't have end client letter. Just Email from my manager saying that they don't provide any client letters and incase any questions please call me xxxxxxxxxxxx. But the VO didn't ask me regarding end client letter. Before that he asked me about W2 and recent paystubs..Since iam working from past 2 years continously i gave him last year W2 and this year all paystubs.

Maddy_visa: It depends on the VO. What i heard if your client doesn't provide client letter they can call your manager to check whether your working there are not (or) they can directly shoot email regarding the employee-employer relationship.

Some times they can shoot email to your vendor.

The consulate address is correct.

For Loomis i selected Brampton.(most of people prefer that)

I attended my visa interview today ( 14th Nov ) in toronto and is approved.

Q's asked:

1. Where do you work.

2. Is that the end client

3. Who is your employer

4. Can i see the client letter

5. Can I see your LCA

6. Can I see you tax returns

7. What is your role

8. How long were you at the current client

9. Where did you work before

10. Did your company filed your green card.

11.Can I get the documentation

12.What is your highest level of education

13.How come your masters degree is relevant to the job you are performing.

Visa approved

Keep the answers as simple as possible. That is all I could suggest to the folks attending the Visa

Had my interview at Toronto branch today (Nov 14th). Got approved as well :)

Interview went for 15 mins. This was my second stamp and i am glad it went ok. Hopefully will get my PP soon.

Questions asked:

1. where do you work?

2. How long you have been working for this company?

3. What is your annual income?

4. can i see your Pay stubs?

5. W2?

6. Are you Happy with your current position?

The officer was taking notes all this while and then she said congratulations your visa is approved. you will get notification from the loomis branch regarding your PP pick up.

Note:

When visa officer asked for my paystubs i only had for last 6 months she was not too happy about it and wanted me to submit last 12 months paystubs..I told her that i apologize, i was unaware that i had to carry last 12 months paystubs..

Hey guys, congratulations to all who got approved

Please can you suggest : I have my interview booked at Ottawa but looking at ottawa cases and chinese guy over there I feel Toronto more safe then Ottawa.

So what you guys suggest Should I go for Toronto or let it be ottawa as i am on EVC model and not able to get client letter but trying to get email confirmation that they have no policy of issuing letters to consultants.

If you don't have all the letters from your client or Vendor, don't go to Ottawa. Imho, Toronto is better then..
