Hi All, My h1b will be expiring in 2022, me along with my wife planning to visit india in march 2021 and get stamping done in hyderabad and our visa is expired in 2020 we are eligible from dropbox so can any one who got stamping recently share your experience with dropbox how long it is taking for stamping in hyderabad? I started looking for visa slots for dropbox there are some slots available in march i'm planning to book and schedule our visit. Thanks, SR

@kim786 Hi, I wanted to apply for H1B Amendment in january 2020 and my current extension is valid untill 2022 because i changed the work location so i'm planning to file amendment and also travelling to india in 2-3 months I need to go stamping too in india.Can you advice me if amendment is still in processing can i travel to india if i filed application on regular because on premium I heard that chances of getting RFE is high.

@H1bguy125 Hi, I wanted to apply for H1B Amendment in january 2020 and the application will go to Nebrasaka service center, please let me know how the approvals are coming at nebraska and planning to file on premium as i'm traveling to india within 2-3months.

@kmd3853 Hi, I'm in same situation, I filed h1b extension with my old client and got approval until 2022, but I moved to current client couple of months back and new client is in within 50miles to old client.I didn't file amendment as my attorney said is not required, as I'm planning for visa stamping end of this year Do I need to file LCA or Amendment before going stamping?Please advice me on this.

I did get new i94 at otay mesa poe yesterday, here is my exp -I went to global enforcement center early morning around 6 in San Diego, they said they don't issue new i94 and told to cross the border n come bak -crossed the bridge next to global enrollment center, it goes to Mexico Imm office and told them I don't stay and will go bak to us now, I got 1day permit to mexico -I crossed the road where all vehicles heading to us and come bak to us poe -told them I'm here to get new i94 -officer sent me to the counter to pay 6$ and went to Imm officer to get my i94 Edit

My i94 is expiring in next month so i have planned to get my i94 extension this month and flying to Sandiego this weekend to get my i94 extension at otay mesa poe.

Hi, I would want to update my i94 as per visa in my old passport, recently i have renewed my passport and need to have i94 updates as well.Could you tell me the process. Thanks in advance
