B-2 visa for parents and in-laws visit

Hi,

 

I have following questions related to visitors visa B-2

 

1. Can I file B-2 visa for parents and in-laws visit ?

2. Will I need to fill DS-160 for parents and in-laws separately ?

3. Can I get 10 years B-2 for them with multiple entry allowed so that they can travel to USA whenever they want without worrying about going to consulate each time ?

1) thr is no filing , you can fill thr form thats it. thr is no sponsorship for visitor visa. 

2) yes, infact you will have to fill ds160 for each person separately.

3) Yes, but each visit should be spaced by atleast 6 months, otherwise it will raise red flag at POE.

You can't apply B2 for them, they have to do it by themselves. Yes you can help them during the paperwork.
