Eb2 ?

Hi,

I completed BSc in 1996, started working in IT from past 20 years, I applied for my GC on 2010 in EB3.

 

After that I completed MBA (Systems) from A+ open university between (2011 & 2012) and completed Msc from same university (2013 & 2014).

 

In 2015 moved to new employer as full time, now I want to apply GC in EB2 with them, just want to know below query.

1.       Is I am eligible to EB2 with my 3 Years (Bsc)+2 years (MBA) +2  years (MSc) degree ?

2.       Can I port the my EB3 to EB2 priority date ?

1) Not exactly, your qualification matter less, it depends on what qualification that job requires. If anyone from market (new hire) without masters can do same job, then it is not an EB2.

2) Porting is possible.
