Can someone please let me know if my company lawyer can submit the PWD application or they have to wait till DOL resumes PWD. Please let me know. Thanks a tonn!! Link to comment
Attorney_20 Posted September 19, 2011 Report Share Posted September 19, 2011 If your employer wants to proceed with the green card case, they should get the PW request submitted as soon as possible since the DOL operates on a first-in, first-out basis. Right now, DOL is processing PW requests from mid-June 2011. The sooner they get the PW request in line, the sooner they will get a PWD. Link to comment
