H4 EAD Extension with H1 B extension --Urgent Question

I am extending my Wifes H4 EAD with my H1B extension.

 

What should I give the answer for the below Question I 765 fiorm

 

C 26 Eligibiluty Category: If you entered the eligibility category c 26, please provide the receipt number of your H-1B principal spouse's most recent from I797 Notice of Approval for Form I129

 

Since I am filing my H1b Extension with this application I cannot give my Old I797 receipt number here because its expiring pretty soon.
