H4 EAD - Bio-Metric Fee Question

I am getting ready to file the H4 EAD application for my wife... Have a question on the fee..

 

I see on the USCIS website that the fee for this application in $380 ... Some of my friends got RFE for Bio-metric fee... So how do I know if I need to  send the bio-metric fee - $85 ... Or simply send it along my application fee... 

 

Did anyone send the bio-metric fee - $85 along with the application fee - $380 ... If yes was it 2 different check or one check with amount - $465

You don't need to send bio-metric fee, I didn't send when I filed EAD for my wife.
