Wrong Option selected in I 539 form

Hi,

 

While filing for H4 extension we have selected wrong option for the below question.

 

Is this application based on a separate petition or application to give your spouse, child, or parent an extension or change of status? 

 

my husband extension is filed along with petition so instead of selecting Yes filed with I 539  option we have selected option 'No'.Please suggest how we can correct this.
