my company is going to offer me a job in US

Can you please advise which visa do i need to ask my company to give so that after some year i should be eligible to apply for GC ?

 

 other than H1B what are the option ?

A GC is independent from a non-immigrant visa. You don't even need to be in the US you be able to get a GC.

And you don't provide enough information, anyway.

What are your qualifications, for example?

And finally, there are a couple of Internet search engines. Please do at least some homework.

Look at options for L1 visa. Employer can file a GC even when you are outside US and anytime.
