srishti04 Posted October 6, 2015 Report Share Posted October 6, 2015 I got approved for a cap-subject H1-B in 2015, since I moved to US on H4 visa post 01 April, my petition was filed/approved under Consular Process.I have not yet traveled to India for the Visa stamping. Is it possible for new employer to immediately hire me by transferring my H1B Visa? Really appreciate your help. Link to comment
