h1 to h4 COS along with my spouse's h4 to h1 premium processing

Hello Senior Members, 

 

I am currently working as an H1B employee for my employer. My spouse is on H4 visa. Due to change in circumstances (not related to employment, employment is still active), I want to change to H4, thus my spouse is switching to H1. 

 

I am planning to file my H1 to H4 COS along with the spouse's H1B premium processing petition (so that my H4 gets approved along with his H1B under premium). I have gone through forums but have not seen such a case where COS is occurring for both - me and my spouse in this case, I want to make sure that there won't be any issues as far as COS is concerned.
