livliv Posted June 7, 2015 Report Share Posted June 7, 2015 Passport, Visa and petition approval notice are the main ones. Degree certificates/educational evaluations may also be asked. If you will be working offsite (at a client location), then agreements/letters between your employer and their client may also be asked. If you are traveling with dependents, their passports, Visas and evidence of relationship (marriage certificate for spouse, birth certificates for children) may be needed. Link to comment
