Hello,

 

Brief description about my status : I got H1 extension approved until 2018, I have current H1 which will be expiring soon. Came to USA on F1 visa before I got my first H1.

 

I have a question about filling in Canada New Applicant form. Below is the snapshot.

1) what is meant by "Is the applicant renewing a Visa"

Based on my status which one should I suppose to choose.( I never got stamped on H1, got H1 extension recently and will be going for stamping soon,)
