I have to get my H1B visa renewed from Canada but having a hard time to decide where to go. I am Boston based professional working full time for IT company. I can go to Toronto/Montreal/Quebec/Ottawa but can someone guide me as to where will be the least processing time and which one is the safest.

All consulates are one and same.

Every US consulate has standard processing time and all are safest if you have all required documents. It is always suggested to go to home country.
