Could you please clarify below.. 1.Can he/she apply leave in his current origination and the come to USA and apply EAD and go back to home country to resume his work and Once he/she gets EAD he can come here and look for job. Is it possible? 2.Say, after getting EAD and starting his/her new job can he/she continue on his/her work even thought primary applicant (L1 holder) go back to home country for month ?
