h14visa Posted December 30, 2014 Report Share Posted December 30, 2014 Hi, I am planning to go to Matamoros, mexico for my H1 renewal. My current visa is expired. I want to know one thing. If my visa gets rejected for USA, Should I go back to India from there it self? or Can I enter back to USA even though I don't have valid visa. If anyone has experience on this, please let me know. jairichi Posted December 30, 2014 Report Share Posted December 30, 2014 You have to fly directly to your home country without transiting through US. It will be a nightmare to do so as most of the flights from Mexico fly via US. Link to comment
