redgreenbluee
please consult a lawyer. GC is for future employment, as long as permanent job position offers remains open for your petition, company A can continue your GC process. you will need to have an approved I-140 to retain/port PD when you change employer, you will need to start GC from start. mahimahi
what about the job title, location and salary to use the priority date. Does it need to be same or since we have to start whole GC process we no need to worry ? Link to comment
Scorpio811
I am in the same kind of situation. My question is once the I 140 is approved, can I retain the PD or does the employer has the right to withdraw the petition? Any valuable inputs are welcome Link to comment

redgreenbluee
please consult a lawyer. I-140 is employer's petition and they have the right to withdraw it any time without your consent. Scorpio811
Thanks for the reply. If the employer withdraws the I 140 petition, can the candidate still retain the PD? Thanks again Link to comment
