Is EAD for H4 for children under 21 too?

I have been in the US for nine years now and my GC was filed in EB2 with my priority date in june of 2011 and I was wondering if EAD for h4 is for children under 21 who are going to college too?

There is no EAD for people on H4 at this point, and there may never be.

It has been a proposal only thus far.

It doesn't matter if the proposal doesn't go anywhere.

You can start worrying about it when it actually gets enacted. Until then, it is a waste of time to care about it.

Um actually it is final stage I went to one of the meeting on the Hill... so I am positive it will be :)

If you did that, then you can also find out the answer to your question by reading the proposal...

I rather doubt that you went to any such meeting.

If that's the case then you should be knowing what's in that proposal.

If an insider doesn't know what's in the proposal how can an outsider knows what's in that proposal??
