Can we determine PERM being audited via icert?

Hello,

 

My priority date is June 2014 and i've been checking this website https://icert.doleta...QuickCertSearch for my PERM status on regular basis.

 

When i checked today, the PERM case number has gone past my number and i don't see my PERM here. Does that mean that my case is being audited?

 

I've already emailed my attorney asking for update, however it would be helpful if you guys can respond to my query.

 

For ex if my case is # A-14ABC-12388 and when i checked online, its currently showing approved perm for # A-14ABC-12399, does this mean that all remaining cases from 89-98 has been audited or should i wait for few more days and keep checking ?

Hi Susam,

I can feel the anxiety of waiting! The A# going past your doesn't mean anything. The files are processed by Individual officers, along with old Audit cases as well. Its upto them on what they take for a day and process. A neighbor officer might be faster than your allocated officer even. Sometimes holidays, vacation etc also plays a role.

Take it easy and wait for an update from your employer / Attorney, unless you see the status for your A# directly.

My PERM application was filed on 12/24/2013 and still we have not heard any decision from DOL. I understand the frustration being in the same situation, but you must wait until the DOL adjudicates the case.

Hi  Susam and Naga, am curious to know if you got a response to your PERM yet. My PERM was filed in April 24, 2014 and it is still pending with no status yet. It seems too long as I have not come across anyone who has waited this long given the currentprocessing times. Any idea what could be the case?

My perm application has been pending since dec2017.

My employer shared my perm number on May 2018 .my perm number starts with A-17363-

It's almost more than year since we applied perm but still it is pending.
