Queries on Relieving Letter and Experience Letter

Hi Team,

 

I have resigned from current employer . I am an Offshore resource , working in USA  as Onsite Assignee . 

As per India Offshore Policy , I need to serve 2 months notice period for a clean exit and to get experience letter .

 

Now , am serving 2 weeks of notice and joining the new employer . 

HR will not give me a Clean Exit . 

 

When my GC is filed with new employer , what can be the alternative way to ensure smooth processing ?
