Intended data of Arrival on DS 160 form.

Hello,

 

I have filled and submitted the DS 160 form and kept the Intended data of Arrival is October 16th,2014, but when i schedule the date for interview i got November 4th,2014.

 

Could you please let me know,

 

is it an issue?

 

Do i need to update the DS160 form with later date of my interview ?

 

How can i update the DS 160 form after submitting?

No issue at all.

First of all check on your interview confirmation page that if you can update DS-160 number or not? If yes, then fill new DS-160 & update in your interview confirmation.

We are not able to update the DS160 form number in Interview confirmation. we have to cancel the appointment.

Do not cancel Appointment. Call to Jamaica US Embassy & explain it. (My friend has similar kind of issue) And also as jairichi suggested there won't be any issue.
