I-485 RFE current job offer letter

Hi,

 

I recently got an RFE on I-485 asking for current job offer letter. I changed employer after the 180 days period and the new employer is a big firm. 

 

RFE states that I should submit a current job offer letter from my original or new employer and it must state the title and duties of the offered position, educational reqs and offered salary.

 

When I took my current job(more than an year back), I got an offer letter which had my title and salary, but it does not have duties and education reqs.

 

I don't think my current employer will modify the original offer letter. What other options do I have? Please let me know.
