And i developed products which are part of main stream revenue and i own Intellectual property rights for them.I am one of the stakeholders of the company. My employer has agreed to file GC. will these evidences help for filing under EB1 or EB5? I kindly request your advice and suggestions. Thanks, Raj Link to comment
