narendra kumar
Dear Experts, I am on the h1b visa and my GC is not yet filed. Is there a way i can maintain status after my max out period. I only have 10 months from now. Are there still chances to file my GC . My current employer is not willing to process perm at this moment. Please let me know your suggestions. Link to comment

Move to a dependent status based on your spouse's status. If not you have to find an employer willing to sponsor GC or you have to exit US after H1B max out date. Link to comment

t75
You still have to exit the US for a year to reset your time for a new H1B. Link to comment
