H1b visa stamping in Canada Dates - Help Needed ASAP

Hello All,

 

Few days (23rd May) back I got H1b visa approval (I'm still waiting for I-797 to arrive), this is my last H1b visa left. I applied through premium processing.

 

Last year (Jan 2013) I did H1b visa stamping in Ottawa, CA hence I've multiple VISITOR entries for Canada until Jun 9th 2014.

 

I wanted to go India for my brother's marriage which is schedule for 1st week of July 2014.

 

My question is what are dates earliest available for Canada stamping any location so that I use my Canada visa which is expiring on June 9th 2014?

 

Please help me out ASAP.

What is "Submitting an application on paper" different from "Submitting an application online"?

Which is fastest procedure?

 

My Canada TRV is expiring on June 9th 2014 and I've to go India for marriage which is held on Jiuly 7th 2014.

 

Anybody please help me out asap.
