datta404 Posted May 22, 2014 Report Share Posted May 22, 2014 Hi, I had a DUI in July 2010 (BAC 0.07) and I went for my stamping at Hyderabad consulate on May 7th 2014. I was given a 221g white form and asked to produce the court documents and take a medical evaluation done with the Apollo hospital. I submitted my documents today (May 22nd 2014) and was asked to wait for further communication. Online status shows its in administrative processing. Do anyone out there was/is in a similar situation? How much does the consulate take to get back to us? What are the chances of getting my H1B stamped? Any inputs would be highly appreciated..
