AKS227
Hi, I joined my current employer on L2 for an agreed pay and later had H1 processed through them last year. My LCA has a base salary quoted almost $6000 below my agreed pay. Even though I am still being offered the original higher pay, will this be a problem when I go for my visa stamping in India? Please help! Link to comment

Please help! As long as you are paid equal or more than salary mentioned in LCA you are fine. Link to comment
SameerH1Bworker
as long as your salary is higher than LCA's amount, you're good. Link to comment
