Hi,

I am currently working for a profit organization and I got an offer from a Non Profit Organization now. The salary offered by Non Profit Organization is less than 40K.

> Is there a minimum wage requirement for H1B? what is the min wage?

> Will this show any effect on GC processing in the future?

Yes, there is a LCA that has to be filed and it differs based on profession. The attorney will take care of it.

Minimum (prevailing) wage for any position can be found here. You salary should be greater than the prevailing wage determined by the position and location of the job.
