sindbaad
I've moved back to India permanently couple of months back (with EAD/AP) and I got an email from USCIS today that my GC is approved and will be sent by mail. GC Applied in EB2 category. What are my options to retain my greencard. Regards, Sind Link to comment
Joe.F
To keep the GC, you would have to live in the US. If you are residing abroad, you abandon the GC. Link to comment
my2239
Congratulations! on your approval do not worry simply use your AP to return back At the port of entry inform them that you got email approval of gc They will admit you with a I 551 stamp Alternatively you can wait for the physical card to be delivered in your US address, and can have a friend mail it to you and use it to enter USA Link to comment
