Suggetsions to start the GC process

Hi,

 

I am on H1B in US for little less than a year and my employer is willing to proceed with my GC -EB2 process. (to start the PERM; WR done)

1. Is it the good time to start at such an early stage;

I am from VA basis my project location; I will move out after a couple of months to another project location;

1. Does the state matter in terms of the success rate of the process.
2. Does frequent movements for my project basis job will affect the GC process
3. What are the critical things to take care to avoid an RFE

Your employer can start anytime. No issue with that.

3. Documentation should be good.

Start GC process as early as possible.

I'm in same situation like you. On H1 from last October.

 

If your employer hired attorney, then you don't have to worry. 

Attorney has high knowledge than us.
